June 24th: Went for a walk this morning while it was still cool out...40 minutes around my neighborhood. This was the third walk this week...Sunday Jen and I took a 40 minute walk from her house to Panera. Monday I decided to walk to my parent's house which took about 30 minutes! My plan is to keep up with the walking..right now outside because the weather is so great!!
