June 7, 2010: Jen and I went for a walk this evening...around 25-30 minutes (we need to keep track of time better!). I ran for about 1/2 of a block and was dragging toward the end of it. I know that if I just keep it up, I will continue to get stronger and be able to run longer!
We went to a farmers market this weekend and got some great tomatoes..I can't wait until there is more produce available!
I will keep checking in and continue to work hard toward my goals!
